"I'm a vegan, but you can be really unhealthy as a vegan, too. Vegan just means that you don't use animal products, so you don't wear leather, you don't wear wool, and you don't eat animal products. But you can eat french fries and stuff like that all day long."

Watch With Kristin had a chance to catch up with Emily, David and “Bones” creator, Hart Hanson. Check out what they had to say about the upcoming sixth seas on of Bones.
“The time apart may have given me some time to reflect and consider that I might have made a mistake when I said no to getting together when he put his heart out there,” Emily spills. “But now he’s got this girl so it causes a little conflict.”
That’s right, shippers. Make way for another lady in Booth’s life. If you need something to throw at your computer, we suggest something soft. Who does this new woman think she is?
“She’s a war correspondent who I met while over there in Afghanistan,” David says. “We’ll see how that builds as far as what it does to our (Booth and Brennan) relationship. I can say honestly I don’t think it’s going to do much to the relationship. It’ll challenge it. It might make her a little jealous.”
“It’s kind of scary to me!” Emily interrupts. “This lady is coming in!”
Easy, woman. You had your chance! Clearly, Booth feels the same way in that regard.
“It’s threatening, but it’s also refreshing to see Booth, who’s put himself out there at the end of season five and said ‘Here is everything, I’m gonna be there’ and she said ‘No, I can’t do that right now’,” David recaps a little bitterly. “And he said, ‘OK, I have to make choices, I have to move forward right now’. And in doing so he’s made a few choices and he comes back with that.”

“Bones” star Emily Deschanel and her best friend and “Red Rose” co-star, Melanie Lynskey, (“Two and a Half Men,” “The Informant,” Up in the Air”) are among the L.A. ladies hosting a worthy event, “Shop for Congo Women,” at Boudoir at Coco de Ville on Sunday (June 27).
The summer charity sale features wholesale prices and benefits the international aid organization Women for Women International.
Actress Jacinda Barrett, casting director Carmen Cuba and Michelle Jonas are also hosting the event, which was inspired by author Lisa Shannon. Shannon will be signing copies of her book, “A Thousand Sisters,” which chronicles her experiences with women in Congo.
“My friends and I on the host committee were inspired by Lisa’s work to bring attention to and better the lives of our sisters in the Congo,” Deschanel tells The Dish Rag. “We were horrified when Lisa informed us about the conditions of the women in this war-torn country and were motivated to better their lives, doing our part, however small, to help in this crisis.”
“We are very grateful to the designers and artists who have lent their collections, time and support for the cause,” add Lynskey. “We are also honored to partner with an incredible organization like Women for Women International, which does amazing work for women in the Congo and beyond.”
Aida Ley Knits, Consider Apparel, Havianas, Julia Julleri Jewelry, Lotta Stensson & Michelle Jonas Resortwear are just some of the collections on sale at the event. 20% of all sales will go directly to rebuilding the lives of women in the Congo.
“Shop for Congo Women” will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Boudoir at Coco de Ville, 755 N. La Cienega Blvd. in Los Angeles. Drinks are on the house! Which always makes for a more enjoyable Sunday afternoon shopping experience. See you there! (Source)
